
Policy Analyst – EEO/AA Compliance
Norris, Tysse, Lampley & Lakis, LLP in Washington, D.C. seeks a professional with a minimum of 3-years private-sector experience in a human resources compliance or in-house/outside employment counsel role to serve as a Policy Analyst supporting the Equal Employment Advisory Council (EEAC), a national nonprofit association of employers focused on equal employment opportunity and affirmative action (EEO/AA) compliance. The Policy Analyst’s responsibilities include:
- Preparation of written memoranda, briefs, and training materials analyzing and explaining policy developments and compliance requirements
- Monitoring and analysis of federal legislation, regulations, and enforcement agency developments affecting private-sector EEO/AA compliance
- Developing and maintaining strong working relationships with federal agency officials
- Written, verbal, and in-person consultations with association members regarding assigned subject areas
- Facilitation of in-person and remote training seminars and compliance briefings
Strong writing, analytical, and presentation skills are required. Candidates must possess a four-year degree and an advanced or professional degree is preferred. Equal opportunity employer.
