Ms. Valadez has over 30 years of practical experience in the HR compliance field. She is a former OFCCP official and prior to that was an investigator for the EEOC. Before joining NTLL, Ms. Valadez managed the worldwide human resources compliance function for American Express where she was responsible for maintaining compliance for all employment-related laws and regulations. She also was instrumental in developing the first international HR compliance program for American Express. She has expertise in HR self-audits and the development and implementation of workforce monitoring systems; affirmative action program planning and implementation; and OFCCP corporate management reviews and compliance evaluations. Ms. Valadez received her B.A. in Human Resource Management from Barry University.
