Mr. Rainwater joined NTLL in 1999 with nearly 30 years of prior corporate experience in HR and information technology related positions, including Manager of Global Employee Relations for the Bechtel Corporation, and 25 years with the Chevron Corporation in various HR/IT positions. Mr. Rainwater has special expertise in the management of human resource information systems (HRIS). He also has extensive knowledge of and experience relating to OFCCP compliance matters. Mr. Rainwater has a B.S. in Mathematics from Stephen F. Austin State University and an M.B.A. in Management from Houston Baptist University.
