Judith A. Lampley is a senior partner with Norris, Tysse, Lampley & Lakis, LLP. She joined the firm in 1998, and, as part of her practice, serves as Secretary and Senior Counsel for the Equal Employment Advisory Counsel (EEAC), a national association of more than 300 large corporations dedicated to the principle of equal employment opportunity.
Ms. Lampley’s practice includes counseling in the area of corporate human resources, federal and state equal employment opportunity, and immigration compliance requirements. She also serves as a consultant for Employment Advisory Services, Inc. (EASI), a consulting firm affiliated with NTLL that provides direct compliance-related services to individual client companies.
Previously, Ms. Lampley worked for the Alabama State Legislature as a legislative analyst drafting legislation and legal opinions on a variety of issues, including those involving employment law. Before that, Ms. Lampley was the director of the human resources department at a state university, where she was responsible for all aspects of the employer/employee relationship.
Ms. Lampley received her B.S., summa cum laude, in business from Marymount College in Tarrytown, New York, and her J.D. from the George Washington University School of Law. She is admitted to practice in Virginia and the District of Columbia. |
