Mr. Holmes joined NTLL in 1990, and he currently serves as Vice President of NTLL’s consulting affiliate, Employment Advisory Services. Inc. He provides consulting services in the design of databases used for EEO and other human resources planning and reporting purposes, including systems for developing diversity metrics; advice in responding to OFCCP audits or conducting internal audits; compensation analysis; and other areas related to EEO/AA compliance. Prior to joining NTLL, Mr. Holmes was Vice President of Equal Opportunity Programs at Bank of America, responsible for compliance activities and AAPs for the bank nationwide. He began his career at the U.S. Department of Labor, working at the agency’s headquarters from 1972 until 1985. Among his positions at DOL was that of principal author of many OFCCP regulatory proposals and policies, a position he held from 1976 through 1982. The University of Maryland at College Park is Mr. Holmes’ alma mater, from which he received both Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees. |
