Ann Elizabeth Reesman is Of Counsel to Norris, Tysse, Lampley & Lakis, LLP. She also serves as Senior Counsel to the Equal Employment Advisory Council, a national nonprofit association of private sector employers established in 1976 to promote sound approaches to the elimination of discrimination in employment. A nationally recognized expert in employment law, Ms. Reesman is a frequently sought speaker and commentator. She has developed training materials and conducted in-house training for numerous Fortune 100 companies on a wide variety of topics.
Ms. Reesman served as EEAC’s General Counsel from 1996 – 2006. In that capacity, she was responsible for developing EEAC positions on legal and compliance issues, and for providing EEAC’s views to the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and other federal enforcement agencies. She supervised the filing of EEAC’s “friend-of-the-court” briefs and advises member companies on EEO-related compliance matters.
Ms. Reesman received her undergraduate degree in 1978 from the University of Pittsburgh and her law degree from The Dickinson School of Law in Carlisle, Pennsylvania in 1981. She has been with NTLL and EEAC since 1987. |
