Jeffrey A. Norris, Esq. is a senior partner with the firm and is a leading authority on equal employment opportunity and affirmative action compliance. He represents clients in both routine and corporate management OFCCP compliance evaluations, and advises senior management on the development and implementation of proactive equal employment opportunity policies.
Mr. Norris is President of the Equal Employment Advisory Council (EEAC), an association of more than 300 of the nation’s largest employers who share a commitment to non-discrimination and sound employment practices. During his tenure EEAC has more than doubled in membership, instituted a widely respected curriculum of training programs, and has expanded greatly the scope of services provided to members.
Mr. Norris also serves as Senior Vice President of Employment Advisory Services, Inc. (EASI), a human resources consulting firm affiliated with NTLL that specializes in all aspects of OFCCP compliance, including affirmative action plan preparation, compensation analyses, and internal workforce assessments.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Norris spent six years with the National Labor Relations Board where he served as Chief Legal Counsel to one of the Board Members. Mr. Norris is a graduate of Bucknell University and the Cornell University Law School. He is a member of the District of Columbia bar. |
